Thirty Seconds to Mars performed tonight on Conan and well, if you haven't heard, the band has basically a shitload of people gracing the cover of their latest album, "This is War", including this little gem right here:

Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, will be the King of the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards, which is to be held on January 31, 2010. Michael Jackson will be awarded a Grammy Award for 'Lifetime Achievement'.
Jackson, along with Bobby Darin, Leonard Cohen, Loretta Lynn, and Andre Previn will be honored at a special ceremony, and will be presented with the awards, the day before the Grammy Awards on January 30, 2010.
E Online reports: "It will be the 14th Grammy of his storied career. (And it might not stop there: The soundtrack to This Is It will be eligible for the 2011 awards.)"

Times pop music critic Ann Powers sat down with Lady Gaga (real name: Stefani Germanotta) in Boston after the first U.S. date of her Monster Ball tour, a trek that hits Los Angeles with three shows at the Nokia Theatre on Dec. 21-23. Powers writes that Lady Gaga has "tapped into one of the primary obsessions of our age -- the changing nature of the self in relation to technology, the ever-expanding media sphere, and that sense of always being in character and publicly visible that Gaga calls 'the fame' -- and made it her own obsession, the subject of her songs and the basis of her persona."

| Snooki's Attacker -- Guilty of Assualt |

The episode hasn't aired yet -- but the man who punched a female "Jersey Shore" star in the face has already been run through the justice system for the attack.
It's all over an incident captured by MTV cameras, in which Snooki -- aka Nicole Polizzi -- gets socked in the face by a man at the Beachcomber Bar & Grill in Seaside Heights, NJ on August 19.
The man, if you want to call him that, Brad Ferro -- was arrested and was eventually found guilty of simple assault. Ferro was fined $500 and given a 6 months suspended jail sentence -- which is essentially hardcore probation.
The worst part -- the attack was all over a drink. We're told Ferro tried to take Snooki's cocktail -- and when she yelled at him for it, he retaliated with his fists.
The episode showing the attack is scheduled to run next week -- MTV says they will run a public service announcement about violence during the episode.

Golden is 79 — "I say 80 because it's more impressive" — and worked as a copywriter on Madison Avenue until the eighties, when she started her own radio advertising company, Joy Radio. It was exclusively focused on humorous radio, "because I'm funny." Here she is doing an AMC promo for Mad Men, part of a series of Madison Avenue legends. A new Tiger Woods' mistress has hired high-powered lawyer Gloria Allred, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
When contacted by RadarOnline.com Allred confirmed that she is representing not only this new woman, but also "a number of women" in regards to Tiger Woods. She would not elaborate if the other women's names have already become public, but RadaOnline.com has confirmed with sources that the new woman has not come forward previously and just recently retained Allred's services.
Allred already represents Rachel Uchitel, the first woman publicly identified as the golfer's mistress.
Sources tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that the new woman has had a multi-year affair with Woods, is in her 40s but looks much younger and is extremely attractive.

It's more bad news for Tiger, especially with Allred involved. Sources tell RadarOnline.com that Allred negotiated a seven-figure payday for Uchitel, whose affair with Tiger during the past five months was first exposed by the National Enquirer and Star magazine.
Uchitel first denied the affair vehemently but the Enquirer caught her in a series of lies and contradictions. When she hired Allred she stopped talking publicly and Allred scheduled a press conference and then abruptly cancelled it. Sources told RadarOnline.com that Tiger was desperate to keep Uchitel quiet because she has hundred of text messages and emails detailing their affair.
The new woman brings the total of Tiger mistresses to an astounding 13.

| Natalie Portman Takes on Jane Austen and Zombies |

Natalie Portman will star in and produce "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies," a film that is based on the bestselling book written by Seth Grahame-Smith and Austen. Lionsgate will finance and distribute. Quirk Books published the tome.
Though Austen's name is on the book, Grahame-Smith took the liberty of adding bloodthirsty flesh-eating zombies to the mix.
Portman will produce through her handsomecharlie shingle with Annette Savitch, plus Darko Films' Richard Kelly, Sean McKittrick and Ted Hamm.
Described as an expanded version of the Austen classic, the book tells the timeless story of a woman's quest for love and independence amid the outbreak of a deadly virus that turns the undead into vicious killers.
Portman will play feisty heroine Elizabeth Bennet, who is distracted from her quest to eradicate the zombie menace by the arrival of the arrogant Mr. Darcy.
"Natalie and I are longtime passionate fans of Jane Austen's books and this a fresh, fun and thought-provoking way to approach her work," Savitch said. "The idea of zombies running rampant in 19th Century England may sound odd, but it lends a modern sense of urgency to a well known love story."

According to the Ad Council, high recognition of the "Think Before You Speak" campaign among teens (41% of teens aged 13-16 nationwide reporting that they have seen or heard at least one PSA) has translated into significant shifts in key attitudes and behaviors regarding the use of anti-LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) slurs like "that's so gay." For instance, findings from a recent survey conducted by the Ad Council in 2008 and 2009 of teens aged 13-16 suggest that a higher percentage of teens in 2009 think that people should not say "that's so gay" for any reason (38% in 2009 vs. 28% in 2008) and a higher percentage also report "never" saying "that's so gay" when something is stupid or uncool (28% in 2009 vs. 18% in 2008).
